ChargeAll, despite how revolutionary it sounds, is a very simple device. It’s basically a big white brick with a meaty four-cell 12,000 mAh lithium-ion battery, a DC-to-AC inverter, and a 5-volt USB socket and standard 120-volt US wall plug on the front. Flip a light switch in the room to determine whether you have a half-hot outlet.
