I would also suggest making sure that the terminals on the battery are as clean and free of corrosion as possible. With dirty terminals, the Autowit device did not work well. (To be fair, traditional jumper cables don’t work all that well with dirty, corroded terminals either.)

Test other outlets to see if they are working. If you lose power to an outlet, the majority of the time, other outlets nearby will also lose power.
